Day Five (April 14, 2010):

OOPS!!!! Forgot to take pics today...spent most of the day at work preparing for the upcoming term - and that's not really photo worthy.

Going out today, so will make up for yesterday's lack of effort.

Day Four (April 13, 2010):

A BIG photo day today...I spent the morning attempting to take cool photos of the wedding scrapbook pages I've made thus far...they didn't turn out quite as well as I had hoped, but here they are anyway - 

Day Three (April 12, 2010):

James has taken up a new hobby...beer brewing at home.  A rather scientific, detailed, complicated and time consuming hobby but that's ok.  The first batch is about ready to be bottled up (not to be drunk, but to be left sitting doing it's thing for a couple of months and then drunk).

Day Two (April 11, 2010):

Mum and Dad came over this morning and while hanging out the washing (good ole Mum!), we noticed that our baby lemon tree has THREE lemons on it.  I have to admit, having only lived here a couple of months, I hadn't even remembered that we had a lemon tree in the back yard.  But now I know I have fruit, I will be out there every day watering it and giving it all the TLC it needs to produce many more fruity delights.

Day One (April 10, 2010):

First day of my photo a day challenge....unfortunately I've picked a rather unexciting time to start this adventure, so it was a bit of a struggle to find something cool to record, but I'm sure as I get the hang of this whole thing, it will all become much more creative and easy!

April 10: Making my DELICIOUS chocolate caramel slice (can't take a pic of the finished product...had visitors and it's pretty much all gone!)

The Idea:

Trawling through the internet (as you do) the other day, I came across a cool idea - take a photo of something interesting every single day for an entire year.

I thought this sounded fun, so I'm going to do it!  Starting today (well actually no, starting yesterday since I took my first pic yesterday) I'm going to keep a visual record of everything that goes on in My Little Corner of the world every day.

Don't know if I'll be able to follow through with it (got to be honest here) and I don't know if the journey will be mind-blowing or life-changing, but at least it will be fun and I'll have a great visual record of the year that was...
